“All Jews need to be exterminated”: If you agree with that sentiment, you are 100% welcome in New York City’s public school system.
That just one ugly takeaway from a suit against the system filed by Danielle Kaminsky, the Jewish global history teacher at Origins HS in Sheepshead Bay who was serially victimized by vicious young antisemitic thugs, seemingly inspired by the Hamas atrocities of 10/7.
Per the lawsuit, the monstrous kids:
- Marched through the campus waving Palestinian flags and chanting “F–k the Jews.”
- Drew swastikas on Kaminsky’s blackboard during a class
- Posted messages like “f–k u” and “ima bomb this school” on an electronic schoolwork platform.
- Verbally assaulted Kaminsky, calling her a “bitch” and telling her in Arabic “fuck yourself.”
- Attempted to bring small explosive devices onto the Origins campus.
- Formed a posse and drove Kaminsky to hide in another teacher’s classroom.
Then came the hideous crowning effort, an email to Kaminsky and another Jewish teacher reading in part: “All Jews need to be exterminated. Their doors kicked in in the middle of the night. A bullet put in each of their heads . . . Kaminsky the foul whiny Jew has no place in America let alone a school system. Here’s hoping the Muslim students put an end to her, and that it’s both terrifying and very painful. Jews deserve no sympathy. They are the enemy of all mankind.”
The response of Origins administrators, specifically acting interim principal Dara Kammerman?
Nothing.
No discipline, no consequences.
Kammerman invited the thugs to a “restorative justice” circle, i.e. a lefty struggle session, and let them address a school assembly to promote a protest in praise of Hamas.
She also ridiculed Kaminsky for being “too sensitive” and “exaggerating”and began retaliating professionally against her by threatening to write letters of reprimand in her personnel file and lowering her performance ratings.
Michael Beaudry, a heroic campus manager who tried to fight back against the Jew-hate, got the same treatment.
Worse, the school allegedly cooked the books on the hate incidents by massively underreporting the extent of the ugliness.
In other words, Origins and Kammerman punished the victims and aided and ran interference for the aggressors.
This is the woke position, clear as day: Jews, like white people, deserve nothing but violence and marginalization.
Kaminsky’s lawsuit (for unspecified damages) will expose this monstrosity to sunlight.
That’s good, despite the terrible suffering that preceded it.
Because everyone from Schools Chancellor David Banks on down must be held accountable.
