Brittany Mahomes gets IV before Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade

Brittany Mahomes made sure she was well-prepared for yet another day of partying.

Ahead of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade in Kansas City on Wednesday, Mahomes got an IV, according to her Instagram Story.

“Saving me always 😂,” Mahomes wrote on her post, tagging the accounts for Gen 3 IV Hydration & Wellness and its co-owner Samantha Herrington.

Mahomes and husband Patrick Mahomes, the MVP of Super Bowl 2024, then made their way to the parade route, with the couple enjoying a Valentine’s Day moment together before the madness began.

Brittany posted a photo of her holding a rose in front of Patrick with the caption, “he didn’t forget 😂.”

The parade began at 11 a.m. central on 6th street and Grand Blvd, with Patrick pumping up the crowd on top of a bus alongside his wife.

It’s set to last 90 minutes and will be followed by a rally at Union Station.

The Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl 2024 parade is getting underway. Follow the Post’s live updates for the wild celebration scenes involving Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and more.

One person who isn’t partaking in the celebration is Travis Kelce’s megastar girlfriend Taylor Swift, who after jetting from Tokyo to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl had to head back on tour, flying Wednesday to Melbourne, Australia, where she’s set to play three shows beginning Friday.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid did warn his players to tone it down after last year’s parade got wild, including defensive back Jaylen Watson leaving in a wheelchair.

“That was mentioned a couple of times. It’s great to have fun. But be smart,” Reid told reporters.

As the game’s MVP, Patrick took a trip to Disneyland on Monday with his wife and their two children, 2-year-old daughter Sterling and 1-year-old son Bronze.
