Pacman Jones arrested for terroristic threats in airport incident

Retired NFL cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones was arrested for making terroristic threats and alcohol intoxication at an airport near Cincinnati early Monday morning, according to TMZ.

Jones, 39, reportedly is facing misdemeanor charges of alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct and terroristic threatening after police were called about an “unruly passenger.”

Jones said he was “locked up for two hours” following the incident in a video posted to X (formerly Twitter) by Local12 News Cincinnati anchor Adam Clements.

When asked about the alleged terroristic threats, Jones — who appeared to be leaving the police station — said “bulls–t.”

“Do I look intoxicated to you?” Jones repeatedly asked a reporter.

An unnamed woman who was with Jones said: “Well he wasn’t [intoxicated]. I woke him up for his flight.”

“Y’all talking about 6:30 in the morning,” Jones said. “Who in the hell is drunk at 6:30 in the morning, man?”

“… I’m a part of the media too, but report the mother-f—king facts and stop reporting the bulls–t,” said Jones, who appears regularly on “The Pat McAfee Show.”

He added that he had a conversation with a stewardess before the video cut off.

Jones posted a video of himself in the Northern Kentucky International Airport prior to the arrest, according to TMZ, which reported he was seen discussing the Bengals’ 24-3 loss to the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

The All-Pro cornerback and return specialist spent eight seasons with the Bengals from 2010 to 2017.

Jones was involved in another airport incident when he was filmed squaring up in a brawl in July 2018.

Separately, Jones was arrested in 2021 following an altercation at a bar in Cincinnati.

Jones was selected with the sixth overall pick by the Titans in the 2005 NFL Draft.

The former All-Pro cornerback and return specialist was suspended for the 2007 season for an altercation at a Dallas hotel.
