Michelle Obama joins Bruce Springsteen to sing ‘Glory Days’ in Barcelona

She could have used President Biden’s cheat sheet.

Michelle Obama hit the stage in Barcelona, Spain, on Friday night as Bruce Springsteen, on tour with the E Street Band, launched into his 1985 hit “Glory Days” — but she seemed to know few of the song’s lyrics, apart from the two words of its title.

The former first lady, 59, dressed in loose purple cargo pants and a dark blazer, beamed as she rattled a tambourine and tried to keep up with the band’s coordinated dance steps.

At several points, she had to be guided to the microphone by Springsteen’s wife Patti Scialfa, his regular backing vocalist.

Actress Kate Capshaw, the wife of director Steven Spielberg, also shared the mic during the show at Lluis Companys Olympic Stadium.

Obama and her husband, former President Barack Obama, are vacationing with the Spielbergs in Spain, according to reports.

In March, photographers caught her scowling as her spouse, 61, worked an adoring crowd during a speaking tour in Sydney, Australia as they made their first joint public appearance in five months.
